Herbal Tea can really help freshen up the body and should be consumed regularly to help the body excrete toxins. (Along with drinking your 8 glasses of water a day)
Most herbal teas will help to freshen you up. Here is a good recipe to try as these herbs are especially known to cleanse:
8 oz. of boiling water
1 tablespoon of any of the following fresh herbs: (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Lovage
Sagebrush
Cleavers
Thyme
Peppermint
Add the herbs to the boiling water and place in a jar and cover. Allow the herbs to steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain herbs out and drink up.
